providing customer service. To be exceptional, we must do more. We
emphasize attention to detail - such as knowledgeable and
well-trained people to answer the phone, pictures and applications
on boxes where ever possible, and commitment to filling orders
quickly, completely and accurately. We will do all we can to achieve
our goal so that our customers will keep their shops running
smoothly and efficiently. Service.... The cornerstone of superior service is shipping orders quickly, completely and accurately. We take great pride in our industry-leading record of shipping orders 99% complete within 24 hours of receipt. Most orders received before 3:00PM EST will be shipped the same day. Fast delivery with complete fill rates is only the beginning. The entire Sosmetal team is dedicated to meeting our customers’ needs. Knowledgeable and well-trained people work on the phone to answer questions, solve problems and provide solutions. We have our own in-house Graphic Arts Department that creates custom catalogs, bin labels, assortment charts and other printed material which help satisfy many special customer requests.
